About the set

• Issued in 1962 by Cumulus. 150 cards, numbered 151–300, continuing the numbers of 1962 Star Bilder A.
• Very common.
• Sold in paper card holders with a picture window, holding ten cards. One reads "Mapp Nr 7 · 10 st. · STAR BILDER · Ser. B". Also sold in coloured plastic frames made by Nellba in Malmö. No 233 Lill-Babs is known in a red frame.
• The "Träffas i BILD-Journalen" line on the B, D and E cards, and the "Bild-Journalen" line on many C cards, show that the Star Bilder sets were made together with the magazine Bild-Journalen.

How to recognise

• The card reads "STAR B BILDER", with the number and the name, and the extra line "Träffas i BILD-Journalen". Every B card has that line.
• The numbers start at 151. The only other Star Bilder cards above 150 are six extras in 1963 Star Bilder E (No 151, 162, 173, 184, 195, 201). Those read "STAR E BILDER" and carry the film title "Villervalle i Söderhavet".

Numbers to know

• Every number is common. No part of the set is harder to find than another.
• No 288 reads "Francoise Arnold".
