Star Bilder E

About the set

• Issued in 1963 by Cumulus. Numbered 1–150, plus six extra numbers, so 156 cards in all.
• By far the least common of the five Star Bilder sets. A to D are all very common.
• Sold in paper card holders of ten. One reads "Mapp Nr 7 · STAR BILDER · Ser. E · 10 st.".
• The six extras came out near the end of the print run, probably to boost sales. They were often put at the top of the packs.

How to recognise

• The six extras also carry the film title "Villervalle i Söderhavet".
• 1962 Star Bilder B also has numbers above 150, but its cards read "STAR B BILDER" and have no film title.

Numbers to know

• The whole set is moderately hard to find, and every number is equally hard, the six extras included.
