- About the set
- Issued in 1961. 144 cards numbered 1–144.
- Printed in Denmark and also sold in Sweden, in packs of 10. Uncommon today and much sought after.
- The wrapper reads "STJERNEBILLEDER · 10 stk. · Serie FA" with a pack number ("Nr. 9"). Its back ran a draw: wrappers sent to Fansfoto, Vesterbrogade 112, before 15 December 1961 could win one of five new Olympic bicycles.
- A collector album, "SAMLE-ALBUM … verdensberømte Filmstjerner i strålende farver", had a space for all 144 cards. A full album, shown at the shop with the coupon on its back ("KLÆB IND OG VIND"), took part in a monthly draw for 6 bicycles and 50 albums.

- Mostly film stars and singers, but also Jurij Gagarin (No 27, 67).
- How to recognise
- The card carries the name, "Serie FA" and the number. No studio marks.
- Danish wording appears on the cards, such as "Rogers og Trigger" (No 96) and "Brdr. Cartwright" (No 13, 138). Both Jurij Gagarin cards carry the word "Kosmonaut".
- Numbers to know
- The whole set is uncommon.
- No 60 Marilyn Monroe, the only Monroe in the set, is the hardest card. It has been called the most expensive filmisar card sold at auction.
- No 18 Jayne Mansfield is valuable and hard to find.
- No 31 and 137 (Brigitte Bardot), No 63 (Cliff Richard) and No 136 (Elvis Presley) are also harder to find than the rest.

- From No 70 on, some pictures come back under a second number, mostly above 100. Elvis Presley No 81, 98 and 132 are the same picture. Brigitte Bardot repeats three pictures: No 52, 70 and 127; No 79, 109 and 137; No 31, 90, 119 and 139.
